There will be an ATV ride in memory of Edward John Walberg Jr., whose life was tragically taken this past week in Chisholm, on March, 13th at 12 p.m. For anyone who would like to attend, we will meet at Tom & Jerry’s, 201 W Lake St., Chisholm, MN.

The Northern Traxx monthly meeting is Monday, November 30, at Tom & Jerry’s in Chisholm at 6:30pm.
There is a lot going on with our new trail that we hope to start building this coming spring!
We also have a cash 50/50 Raffle going on right now, tickets are $5 with 600 total tickets being sold. Prizes are 1 - $500, 2 - $250’s, and 5 - $100’s.

The final numbers for the ATV Pull show about 125 people through the gates. That’s a great turn out and exactly what we were hoping for being it was the first time for the event. We had 29 racers total. The 0-550 class was won by a Polaris 500, 0-699 class was won by a Can-am 650, 0-1000 class was won by a Can-am 800, Side X Side class winner was a Yamaha Rhino 660, and a lady on a Can-am 500 won the powder puff class. I have a few pictures here and I’ll get everyone the link to the youtube video and 
a list of all the winners soon as I get it!
Everyone had a great time and lots of people said they just came to watch this year but will be back next year with their atv’s! Jim’s Sports Bar and Grill had an Awesome BBQ and beer for everyone. I think our ATV Club even gained a few members after seeing how much fun we all had with a day of ATV’s. Hope to see everyone next year! For more info please get ahold of me!

Northern Traxx ATV Club is putting on an ATV Pull this weekend at the Saint Louis County Fairgrounds (enter through Minnesota Discovery Center parking lot) in Chisholm. The event will start at 2 pm and run until everyone races and trophies are handed out. We encourage you to preregister at our website or the day of the event from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., we don’t require any money or credit card info online just want to get your information for the pull. By pre-registering all you’ll have to do the day of the pull is pull up, sign your name, pay and you’re in……. no more paperwork……

Northern Traxx ATV Club is putting on the first ATV Pull in the area! Sept 12th at the St. Louis County Fair Ground. Registration begins at 10am. The pull starts at 2pm!!! Everyone from Northern Traxx ATV Club invites you to a great day at the fairgrounds with lots of ATV’s, beer, food, etc. We have four classes you can take part in and very few rules to keep it fun and exciting. 0-555cc, 0-699cc, 0-1000cc and Side X Sides.

I’ve seen a lot of cool and different ATVs over the years but this one is sits at the top of the list. I’d bet my last dollar that the owner of this ATV feels the same way.
This was one of about 20 ATVs that left Tom & Jerry’s in Chisholm last weekend and rode all day between Chisholm and Buhl. To be honest, there isn’t much I’d rather do than take a ATV ride on a beautiful day…

Northern Traxx ATV Club in Chisholm, Minn., is pleased to announce that they’ve been approved for and have received a trail grant from the Yamaha OHV Access Initiative in the amount of $10,000.
The money will be used toward wetland delineation costs and to purchase wetland credits for any areas that maybe impacted. Northern Traxx ATV Club has been working on developing a 10 mile ATV trail for 4+ years, the trail will start in Chisholm and travel north approx 10 miles to the Highway 5 Bar & Grill.
News of the grant couldn’t have come at a better time for Northern Traxx ATV Club as the Minnesota construction season is just getting under way. Northern Traxx ATV club has pending grants with the Minnesota DNR trails program and the federal trail program, the timing of the Yamaha Grant will allow Northern Traxx to move even closer to the actual construction stage of the project.
Northern Traxx ATV Club wants to send out a HUGE “thank you” to the Yamaha Corporation, Yamaha OHV Access Initiative committee, City of Chisholm, DNR, Cliff Rue Motors and all the local businesses and people helping to move the project ahead!

We had a great time at the Fire Days Parade in Chisholm! As the pictures prove, the adults weren’t the only ones having a great time. The KIDS probably had more fun than us. The weather was great this year and I thought there was double the people this year than last.
Usually the kids are confined to riding big circles around the yard because of there age, but we let them ride along this year. Even though we didn’t get much faster than two mph everyone had a good time.
