I love how many lies it takes to put together a five minute story that’s laughable at best! These people are in the same boat as the people that thought they could sue because the COFFEE was HOT but it didn’t say so on the CUP, get over it people!!!
I invite you to read the facts from Yamaha and come to your own conclusion.

You can bet that any site whose domain starts with “thetruthabout” is not interested in the truth.
That isn’t to say the television story is true either. People can believe anything they want. Ultimately a judge and jury will decide. Just as they did in the coffee case. As I recall, McDonalds lost that case since their coffee was in fact kept scalding hot, causing burns which most hot coffee wouldn’t.
Of course they probably had a “thetruthaboutmcdonaldscoffee” web site too where they made the point the the people who spilled it were careless.
